Taylor Swift Donates $50,000 to Dancer’s Sick Nephew Battling Cancer

There seems to be no end to Taylor Swift’s generosity! The “Wildest Dreams” singer’s latest kind deed revolves around one of her backup dancers Toshi, whose nephew Ayden is currently battling cancer.

Using her name, Swift, 25, donated $50,000 to the 13-month-old’s Go Fund Me page, bringing the little boy’s total up to almost $54,000, nearly $29,000 more than the original goal.

“Baby Ayden, I’m lucky enough to perform with your uncle Toshi on tour. All of us are praying for you and your mama and sending so much love your way. Love, Taylor,” the Grammy winner’s message read.

Toshi had previously posted a photo with the baby boy, asking fans to keep him in their prayers. After Swift’s donation, Toshi also Instagrammed: “So I get off the plane in Toronto and this is the 1st thing I see… @taylorswift is an angel and My family and I can’t thank her enough… She is such an incredible human being… This will help Lil Toshi in this time of need… Let’s pray for him to beat this… This unexpected gift is truly a blessing.”

Ayden’s mother, Tosha Davidson, commented on the Go Fund Me page shortly after Swift’s gift, writing, “Taylor I will see you in person to give you the biggest hug and kiss ever for you are purely a gem with the biggest heart.”

Swift has previously given fans personalized gifts and money to pay off student loans. But this cause is particularly close to her heart as her mom,Andrea Swift, was diagnosed with cancer last winter.
